Fantetti Workshop was founded in 1995 by architect Alessandro Fantetti, with the goal of offering clients advice on all bureaucratic, organizational and technical aspects relevant to the realization of various typologies of projects.
The office is involved in all aspects of the design and management of residential, commercial, and industrial projects; acquiring in all these years a specialization in the design of high-end retail all over the world.
In order to provide clients with a complete service, in Europe and the USA, since 2001 Fantetti Workshop has been working alongside Mario Ciuffarin Architect, an architectural practice in New York City.
The opportunity to liaise with an office in both Italy and the USA offers clients the possibility of first class service and on-hand quality control over all phases of a project.

We offer excellent advice and a continuous collaboration with clients’ architects and interior designers.
We develop and elaborate their preliminary designs, we arrange all documentation and approvals, and we supply the necessary technical information to the building contractors.
We deeply believe that projects are affected by the professional and personal relationships among the people involved: good communication between the client, the architects and the contractors is crucial to obtain successful achievement of the project.
A project must hold in due consideration the tastes and the expectations of the client: we engage with specialized consultants in order to achieve the best solutions, offering an excellent service both technically and economically.
Client service is complete and guaranteed by a direct involvement of the office in every phase of work: we coordinate all meetings with design team professionals and consultants, we interview the bidding contractors and we visit the construction site regularly providing design interpretation and disciplines coordination.
Projects, regardless of their size, represent a major financial investment for the client: built environments must be productive. Time and cost are major factors in any project. It is essential to perform the work within the assigned time frames and budgets.
